One Account
Access multiple Services (AWW, When Hungry, etc.) via a single SBLG account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
Beta Services
We may offer "Beta" or "Preview" features. These are provided "as-is" and may be unstable. We do not guarantee continued availability or support.
Your Content (Input & Output)
Input & Output
You provide input ("Input"), and receive content generated by the Services ("Output"). Together, these are "Content."
Ownership
As between you and SBLG, you own all Inputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SBLG hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Output.
Our Use
SBLG may use your Content solely for operating the Services, improving quality, ensuring security, and conducting statistical analysis.
Similarity
Due to the nature of AI and software, Output may not be unique across users. (e.g., When Hungry may suggest the same recipe to others).
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Compete: Use Output to develop models or services that substantially compete with SBLG.
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Services.
- Scrape: Use automated tools (crawlers, scrapers) to extract data from the Services.
Service Management
Modification
SBLG may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
Termination
We may suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that causes legal risk to us.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SBLG Studio to a reasonable extent from any claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, including your Content or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
Services are provided "AS IS." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Cap on Liability
SBLG's total liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction of Seoul Central District Court.
